Jolopaws Return Policy

At Jolopaws, we care deeply about you and your furry friends. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🐾 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name patch harnesses) are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or incorrect item received.


🐾 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products (e.g., harnesses with dog names, custom clothing).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling.


🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Please contact us at support@jolopaws.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos of the item and the packaging.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


🐾 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
